  • I love you my Goose
    This book tells the story of an 11 year old boy who was diagnosed with cancer and fought a courageous battle with the disease before losing his life a day before his 14th birthday. The book is authored by the boy's dad and seeks to bring public attention to the horror of childhood cancer by putting a face on this childhood killer.

Harrison County residents republish children’s books-

Purple House Press founded by Harrison County residents Jill Morgan and Ray Sanders specializing in finding and republishing hard to find children’s books. Purple House Press boasts a significant catalog of children’s books which can be found at their web site:

Books republished by Purple House Press have been mentioned on many national media. Jill and Ray began their company in 2000 and moved to Cynthiana from Texas in 2003. They live on an old dairy farm in Harrison County.
